Wine Dinner at Prosa

The Prosa restaurant invites you to a very special dinner.

In collaboration with Quinta Sé de Baixo, on October 2, Prosa will organize a pairing dinner with a tasting menu carefully prepared by Chef Rui Paula.

The event will begin at 8:00 pm with a welcome cocktail and the dinner, which will start at 8:30 pm, will be accompanied by a specialist who will explain the wines served throughout the meal. This exclusive experience costs €90 per person, and places are limited.

Fado at the Table

The Prosa restaurant, located on the 0th floor of the MS Collection Aveiro, welcomes autumn with a series of themed dinners that offer the chance to taste good food and listen to good music at the same time.

On November 2nd, listen to fado at the Prosa table with a special dinner designed by chef Rui Paula starting at 8pm. To best enjoy this event and the long weekend, take advantage of the promotion we created for guests, this package includes:

Queirosian Dinner

On November 29, the MS Collection Aveiro - Palacete de Valdemouro will host the Queiroz dinner at the Prosa restaurant, which will culminate with a literary discussion.

Queiroz dinners invite you to travel through the work of Eça de Queiroz, as a way of celebrating his 179th birthday, combining literature with the flavours and knowledge of Portuguese gastronomy.

In an atmosphere that transports us to another era, the Prosa restaurant hosts these dinners with a special menu that includes regional products and dishes inspired by the numerous gastronomic references in Eça's literary works.
